No guest is expected to have had any other radio experience. Some of our guests have never said a word on radio and others have had their own shows, we find that both are equally good interviewees. We have been doing this for awhile so we are very good at getting the best out of guests.

The interview of our show is simple. We want to talk to our guests about how they became successful and what barriers or hardships they had to overcome along their journey. We also want to give our guests an opportunity to highlight their own organization. We also ask questions about what our guests have done with their success. How have they used it to give back to their community, either personally or through their company? Or goal is to not ask any questions that would make our guests feel uncomfortable, so all guests are given a basic script of the show before the taping.

•	If you are not already a guest, you or your public relations firm should call us at 973-292-3712 to set up a pre-interview with our Executive Producer and Host. These meetings take about an hour and provide us with the information we need to draft a script.
•	If you choose, bring any material on your company
•	On this interview the guest should bring a schedule so that a date can be picked for the taping of the show. Tapings are normally at 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday

•	Shows are normally scheduled to be taped at 5:00pm, Monday-Thursday. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
•	During the show sit quietly during any announcements, otherwise during the interview be as loud as you want (Okay, maybe you shouldn't be shouting).
•	Please Relax and speak as you normally would, remember our listeners can not see you so you have to be as animated vocally as possible.
